I, nathan harrison, executive director of fisheries and aquaculture of the department of primary industries and regional development, as delegate of the chief executive officer, pursuant to clause 14(1) of the pilbara trap limited entry fishery notice 1992, having completed the requirements under clause 14(4), consider it appropriate to do so and do hereby determine that the capacity of the pilbara trap managed fishery shall be limited to 3123.37 trap days for the period commencing 1 january 2026 and ending 31 december 2026.
