Made by the Minister for Commerce under section 12E of the Act. This order is the Retail Trading Hours (City of Albany) Christmas and Public Holiday Variation Order 2023. General retail shops, other than motor vehicle shops, in the Albany local government district are authorised to be open at times when those shops would otherwise be required to be closed, on the days and during the periods referred to in the Table.
