I, Michael Charles Rowe, as the Chief Executive Officer of the Department responsible for the administration of the Environmental Protection Act 1986, pursuant to section 20 of the Act, delegate to the holders of the offices of Executive Director, Regulatory Services; Director, Industry Regulation; Executive Director, Compliance and Enforcement; and Director, Operations, Compliance and Enforcement, all of my powers and duties other than this power of delegation, under section 59A of the Act. Delegation No. 138 gazetted 13 July 2018 is revoked.
