Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 3 february 2022 are required by the trustee to send particulars of their claims to the trustee at the office of their solicitor crystal lawyers, po box 8485 angelo st, south perth wa 6151 by 9 january 2023, after that date the trustee will convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
