It is hereby notified for public information that the Western Australian Planning Commission has certified and recommended that Improvement Plan 56: Malaga Station Precinct be made the subject of the land described below. The purpose of this improvement plan is to enable a coordinated approach to planning and development in the Malaga Station Precinct, to ensure that rail infrastructure is delivered in an efficient manner and to facilitate future development of a contemporary transit oriented development in the surrounding precinct. The recommendation has been accepted by the Minister for Planning and the Governor. Improvement Plan 56: Malaga Station Precinct is effective on and from the date of this gazettal.
