Pursuant to section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, owners and/or occupiers of land within the Shire of Murray are required to carry out fire prevention work on their land that must comply with the requirements as stated in this bushfire compliance notice. Fire prevention work must be completed by 1 december 2024 and must be maintained through to 15 may 2025.
