Shire of Bruce Rock Health Local Law 2016 relating to animals, environment and nuisance is made under the powers conferred by section 342 of the Health Act 1911, subdivision 2 of Division 2 of Part 3 of the Local Government Act 1995. This local law comes into operation on the same day it is published in the Government Gazette. This local law applies throughout the district.
