This order is the Alteration of Statutory Designations Order 2017 and comes into operation on 1 July 2017. It details changes to references to various departments including Department of Commerce, Department of Environment and Conservation, Department of Local Government and Communities, Department of Planning and Infrastructure, and Department of Regional Development and Lands, specifying how these references should be read and construed following machinery of government changes.
