Made by the Chief Psychiatrist under section 539 of the Mental Health Act 2014; this order may be cited as the Mental Health (Authorised Mental Health Practitioners) Order (No. 6) 2017. This order comes into operation as follows: clauses 1 and 2 on the day on which this order is published in the Gazette; clause 3 on the day after that day. The mental health practitioners specified in Schedule 1 to this order are designated as Authorised Mental Health Practitioners.
