These regulations are the corrective services regulations amendment (poisons) regulations 2016. Part 1 comes into operation on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; part 2 on the day on which the medicines and poisons act 2014 section 137 comes into operation. Amends the prisons (prison officers drug and alcohol testing) regulations 2016 and the young offenders (custodial officers drug and alcohol testing) regulations 2016.
