These regulations are the Health Regulations Amendment (Poisons) Regulations 2016. Part 1 comes into operation on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; the rest of the regulations on the day on which the Medicines and Poisons Act 2014 section 137 comes into operation. Amends the Health (Notification of Stimulant Induced Psychosis) Regulations 2010, Health (Pesticides) Regulations 2011 and Pharmacy Regulations 2010.
