Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 22nd september 2017, are required by the administrator mr paul power, [contact details redacted] their claims to him within 30 days of the date of publication of this notice, after which date the administrator may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
