These regulations are the Industrial Relations (General) Amendment Regulations 2022. They amend the Industrial Relations (General) Regulations 1997. Regulation 7 is amended regarding section 80A(2) of the Act. Regulation 8 is inserted regarding modification of application of Act to new State instrument (Act s. 80BB(4)).
