These regulations are the mental health amendment regulations 2022. These regulations come into operation as follows โ (a) regulations 1 and 2 โ on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations โ on the day after that day. These regulations amend the mental health regulations 2015. In regulation 4a(3) delete the table and insert: table name registration number ali morshed aski med0001667589 thomas blacklay mole med0002210280 panduranga mallikarjun rapuri med0002580284.
