Notice to owners/occupiers of land within the City of Busselton to carry out fire prevention work. Category 1 & 2 land must be implemented by 15 November 2025, and Category 3 by 1 December 2025, and maintain the requirements up to and including 30 April 2026. Defines terms such as Authorised Officer, Bushfire Prone Area, Firebreak, Flammable Material, Habitable Building, Managed Fuel Area, Passive Fuel Reduction, Special Work Order, Surface Fine Fuel, Trafficable surface, Turnaround area.
