I, peter woronzow, a/chief executive officer, exercising the power in regulation 178(2), waive payment of the whole of the application fee prescribed by regulation 177(3) for any application made under regulation 44 during the waiver period for a variation of the maximum number of vehicles covered by an on-demand booking service authorisation which was originally granted on or before 9 april 2020. for clarity, the scope of this waiver includes any on-demand booking service authorisation granted on or before 9 april 2020 which has already been renewed as at the date of the application under regulation 44.
