Cecilia Alice Mary Cox late of Osboine Contemporary Aged Care, 39 Newton Street, Bayswater in the State of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 28 December 2021 are required by the Executor to send particulars of their claims to them care of Gv Lawyers, Level 5, 16 Irwin Street, Perth by 3 August 2022 after which date the Executor may convey or distribute the assets having regard to the claims of which they then have notice.
