This is a State Planning Policy made under Part 3 of the Planning and Development Act 2005. This policy may be cited as State Planning Policy 4.2 Activity Centres (SPP 4.2). To ensure planning, development and decision making adequately consider the distribution, function, broad land use, access and urban form considerations for activity centres.
