The Environmental Protection Authority has resolved to delegate to Professor Matthew Tonts, Professor Fiona McKenzie and Dr Jenny Pope, acting jointly, all of its powers and duties under Part IV, Division 1 and Part VII of the Act in respect of the assessment of, and any appeals relating to the assessment of the City of Gosnells Town Planning Scheme 6 Amendments 166 and 169.
