Notice Text
Made by the Hon Paul Papalia MLA, Minister for Road Safety, pursuant to Regulation 230B(1) of the Road Traffic Code 2000 ('the Code'). This notice is the Road Traffic Code (Electric Personal Transporter) Notice (No 2) 2022 and comes into operation on the day on which it is published in the Government Gazette. The shaded area bounded by a solid red line (as depicted on the Bold Park Designated Area map in the Schedule as 'EPT gazettal area') is declared an Electric Personal Transporter Use Area.
