Made by the Hon Paul Papalia MLA, Minister for Road Safety, pursuant to Regulation 230B(1) of the Road Traffic Code 2000 ('the Code'). This notice is the Road Traffic Code (Electric Personal Transporter) Notice (No 1) 2022. This notice comes into operation on the day on which it is published in the Government Gazette. This notice revokes the Road Traffic Code (Electric Personal Transporter) Notice (No. 2) 2017 published in the Government Gazette No. 239 on 29 December 2017. The shaded area bounded by a solid red line (as depicted on the Kings Park and Botanic Gardens Designated Area map in the Schedule as 'EPT gazettal area') is declared an Electric Personal Transporter Use Area.
