Jared Andrew Barnett, Executive Director, Resource Tenure, extends the exemption originally declared on 26 May 2013 and published in the Government Gazette dated 7 June 2013 and vary the descriptions to that as detailed hereunder (not being private land or land that is the subject of a mining tenement or an application for a mining tenement) from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 25 May 2027.
