It is hereby notified for public information that Lindsay Dean Freeman has been appointed as an authorised officer from 30 march 2017 to enforce the following acts and subsidiary regulations along with the following local laws— local government act 1995, bush fires act 1954, cat act 2011, dog act 1976, caravan parks and camping grounds act 1995, shire of capel cemeteries local law 2016, shire of capel activities on thoroughfares and public places and trading local law 2016, shire of capel local government property local law, shire of capel parking and parking facilities local law 2016, shire of capel keeping and welfare of cats local law, shire of capel waste local law 2016.
