Revokes previous delegation instruments dated 17 August 2022. Delegates powers, functions and duties under the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1982 (WA) and the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Registration Fees Act 1982 (WA) to specified positions within the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety.
