Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 21/04/2025, are required by the personal representative Steven James Brown c/- Lynn & Brown Lawyers, [contact details redacted] their claims to him by the 31/10/2025, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
