Creditors and other persons having claims (to which s 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (WA) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 11 february 2025 are required by the trustee, lynette valmai cliff of [contact details redacted] of their claims to her by the 31st day of december 2025, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she has notice.
