Notice is given to Tianjin Lishen Battery Joint-Stock Co., Ltd that unless redelivery of goods (2 MW/2 MWh battery energy storage system at Mungallah Power Station in Carnarvon) is taken within 1 month, Regional Power Corporation trading as Horizon Power intends to apply to the Court for an order to sell or dispose of them.
