Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died 07/07/2021, are required by the personal representatives todd alex lucas and damen gregory lucas c/- lynn and brown lawyers, [contact details redacted] their claims to them by the 20/12/2021, after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets of the estate, having regard only to the claims of which they then has notice.
