Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the said deceased who died on 1 january 2018 are required by the personal representative, frederick warren kirby c/- carlo primerano & associates barristers and solicitors, suite 12, 443 albany highway, victoria park 6100 to send particulars of their claims to him by friday, 17 august 2018 after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
