Enacts the City of Fremantle Cat Management Local Law 2020 to regulate cat ownership and management within the district.

The council of the City of Fremantle resolved on Wednesday 13 May 2020 to make the following local law under the powers conferred by the Cat Act 2011 and the Local Government Act 1995. This local law may be cited as the City of Fremantle Cat Management Local Law 2020 and comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. This local law applies throughout the district.
