Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 (wa) relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on 2 november 2025 are required by the executors harlene jennifer rubin and anne barrett to send particulars of their claim to mgd law of care of po box 274 mount hawthorn wa 6915 by the date that is one (1) month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
