Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estates of the undermentioned deceased persons are required by the personal representatives care of Messrs Jackson McDonald to send particulars of their claims to them within one month from the date of publication of this notice at the expiration of which time the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they have then had notice— Thomas Edward Davis deceased late of RAAFA Estate, 201/[contact details redacted] 6 March 2021; Lynnette Oyston deceased late of [contact details redacted] 19 June 2023 and 28 June 2023; Beatrice Olive Wilkin deceased late of Riversea Mosman Park, [contact details redacted] 23 March 2024; and Patricia Marie Allen deceased late of [contact details redacted] 28 March 2024.
