Class(es) of water service: sewerage services, non-potable water supply services (wl23, version 4). Operating area: the operating area is the area set out in plan owr-oa-058/2(c) in the state of western australia. Inspection of licence: economic regulation authority, 4th floor, albert facey house, 469 wellington street, perth wa 6000.
