Graeme Meinema, Director Waterways Safety Management, Department of Transport and Major Infrastructure, exempts a person navigating a Bunbury Rowing Club vessel from certain speed limits under the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, subject to conditions including vessel markings, lighting, skipper qualifications, and compliance with safety regulations. Valid until 1 August 2027 unless revoked sooner.
