The council of the Shire of Northam resolved to make the following local law. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Northam Health Amendment Local Law 2018 and comes into operation on the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. The principal local law is the Shire of Northam Health Local Law 2008. Various clauses are amended relating to standards, authorised officers, animal disposal, pigeons, rats, and other health-related matters.
Related notices
Determines that the Shire of Northam will use gross rental value as the basis for rates on specified land.
Requires landowners in the Shire of Northam to conduct fire prevention work by November 1 and maintain it until April 30.
Enacts the Shire of Northam Waste Local Law 2020.
Approves Shire of Northam Local Planning Scheme amendment to rezone land and update scheme maps.
