Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of Alan James Woollcott, of 30 Doveridge Drive, Duncraig, wa, who died on 1 april 2020, are required by the personal representatives Karen Lee Taylor and Robert Michael Lynch Faraone to send particulars of their claims to irdi legal, 248 oxford street, leederville wa 6007 by 19 october 2020, after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
