Made by the director general, department of health, western australia (as the delegate of the minister for health) pursuant to section 7(1) of the health services (quality improvement) act 1994. The clinical quality and safety committee established by bethesda board of directors is declared to be an approved quality improvement committee for the purposes of the health services (quality improvement) act 1994. This order expires three years after its commencement.
