Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Regulation 38B of the Rottnest Island Authority Regulations 1988, the Rottnest Island Authority (RIA) hereby closes the following waters to all vessels, excluding bona fide emergency vessels and any vessel associated with the construction of the jetty, between Friday 5 June 2020 and Monday 30 November 2020. All the waters enclosed within 10 metres of the existing Rottnest Island Fuel Jetty. Mariners are advised that works to rebuild the Rottnest Island Fuel Jetty will be undertaken during this period and the Fuel Jetty is closed to all vessels.
