Under the Vocational Education and Training Act 1996 (the VET Act) section 60C, I the Minister for Education and Training hereby delete and replace general conditions relating to prescribed vocational education and training qualifications, including nominal terms, full-time hours, part-time delivery, and school-based training contracts.
