It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Joondalup Local Planning Scheme amendment on 21 December 2017 for the purpose of— 1. Rezoning Lot 12223 (12) Blackwattle Parade, Padbury, from ‘Civic and Cultural’ to ‘Commercial’. 2. Amending the existing density code for Lot 12223 (12) Blackwattle Parade, Padbury, from ‘R20’ to ‘uncoded’. 3. Amending the Scheme Maps accordingly.
