Notice Text
Published under section 274(5) of the Work Health and Safety Act 2020. This notice may be cited as the Work Health and Safety (Code of Practice) Notice (No.4) 2023. Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Minister for Industrial Relations, acting in exercise of the power conferred upon me by section 274(1) of the said Act, do hereby revoke the following— (i) Code of practice—safe design of buildings and structures (code of practice notice 2010 under the mines safety and inspection act 1994). This revocation comes into effect from the date of publication in the Western Australian Government Gazette.
