Kristian Hartley Dawson, Executive Director, Resource Tenure, extends the exemption originally declared on 10 July 2020 and published in the Government Gazette dated 24 July 2020 for the area described (not being private land or land that is the subject of a mining tenement or an application for a mining tenement) from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 9 July 2024.
