I, Hon David Templeman MLA, determine that the method of valuation to be used by the Shire of East Pilbara, as the basis for a rate on the mining tenements referred to in Column 1 of the Schedule (Mining Tenement), in respect of the portions of land referred to in Column 2 of the Schedule (Portion of Land), is to be the Gross Rental Value of the land.

Amends the Shire of East Pilbara Cemeteries Local Law 2010 regarding issuing grants, statutory declarations, burial approvals, funeral director licenses, disposal of ashes, and monumental work permits.
Requires landowners in the Shire of East Pilbara to clear firebreaks and reduce flammable materials by January 1st.
