The Heritage Council of Western Australia resolved to revoke the delegation instrument published on 3 June 2022 and delegate the provision of advice under section 74 of the Act to the Manager Strategic Planning and City Design of the City of Fremantle for proposals affecting P25225 West End, Fremantle. The delegate must refer specified proposals to the Council for determination and have regard to the Heritage Council Delegation Framework dated July 2023. This delegation comes into operation on 22 August 2023.
