Local Planning Scheme No. 4

Modifies the Shire of Kellerberrin Local Planning Scheme to allow grouped dwellings as a discretionary use in the General Agriculture zone and inserts provisions for additional dwellings.

Approves Shire of Kellerberrin local planning scheme amendment.

Approves the Shire of Kellerberrin Local Planning Scheme amendment modifying table 1, renaming schedule 1, deleting and replacing paragraphs and definitions in schedule 1, inserting a definition for ‘residential aged care facility’, replacing ‘tourist accommodation’ with ‘tourist development’, reclassifying lot 600, amending special use provisions, and replacing ‘single dwelling’ with ‘single house’ throughout the scheme text.
