Local Planning Scheme No. 6

Approves rezoning of land in the Shire of Merredin from general farming to light industry.

Requires land owners/occupiers in the Shire of Merredin to carry out fire prevention work by November 30 each year and maintain it until March 16.

Approves the Shire of Merredin Local Planning Scheme amendment to modify schedules and scheme maps.

Approves Shire of Merredin Local Planning Scheme amendment to modify Table 1, delete paragraph 2 in clause 4.13, reclassify Lots 45 and 46 Plimpton Street, Burracoppin, and reclassify Crown Reserve 13876 Bates Street, Merredin.

Approves Shire of Merredin Local Planning Scheme amendment to insert reference to deemed provisions.

Corrects an error in a previous government gazette notice regarding amendment no. 7.
