Local Planning Scheme No. 6

Requires landowners in the Shire of Merredin to implement fire prevention measures by clearing firebreaks and removing flammable materials by November 30th each year.

Approves the Shire of Merredin Local Planning Scheme amendment to modify schedules and scheme maps.

Approves Shire of Merredin Local Planning Scheme No. 6 Amendment No. 4, modifying zoning and reclassifying land in Burracoppin and Merredin.

Amends the Shire of Merredin Local Planning Scheme No. 6 by inserting references to deemed provisions and updating definitions.

Corrects an error in a previously published notice regarding Local Planning Scheme No. 6 Amendment No. 7 for the Shire of Merredin.
