Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the supply and install new reverse cycle air conditioners replacing evaporative units to Block 2 of Warriapendi Primary School. The Work includes but is not limited to Supply and install new split system air conditioning units to Block 2. Decommission and removal of existing evaporative system. Six classrooms to be included (Rooms 4,5,6,7,8,9) with wet/common areas costed as an option at tender.
