WA government awarded a $136,036 contract to Boodjera Group WA for roof amendments and refurbishments at units in Spalding, using a Limited Sourcing method.

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake refurbishments at Unit 17-19 at 16 Lawley Street Spalding WA 6530. The Work includes but is not limited to Amendment to current roofing separating roof and creating individual roof to unit 19/5 Sullivan as per architectural drawings, specifications and building requirements. The contractor is required to complete a signed BA3 Compliance Design Certification (where required), signed by a registered Building Surveyor as per the Building Act 2011, Section 19 & Buildings Regulations 2012, Regulation 4, 18A, 18B, 18C. This includes all relevant documentation including but not limited to engineered drawings. Works to include; Carpentry Electrical Plumbing Painting
