Tenders sought for classroom upgrade and playground installation at Balcatta Primary School, to be completed during the 2026-2027 school holidays.

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake a Classroom Upgrade and Playground Install at Balcatta Primary School.

The Work includes but is not limited to:

• Classroom Upgrade and Playground install as detailed in Consultant Specification in Appendix 2, Annexure 1.

Please note:

• Temporary fencing (1.8m) high is to be placed around the playground/landscaping work area and any skip bins or laydown areas that may be required.

• Ground scanning is to be completed of playground area prior to works commencing.

• The following items are included as optional items and are to be separately priced: Operable Wall, Play Equipment and Furniture.

• All Works are to be completed during the school holiday period only, between 18 December 2026 and 31 January 2027.
