Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the removal and replacement of Plasterglass Ceilings at 36 Wellington Road, Morley WA 6062. The Work includes but is not limited to remove and replace Plasterglass Ceilings with new ceilings including framework/metal grid, insulation, cornices or timber trim, fittings, and fixtures as per Department of Education Ceiling Replacement Scope and ceiling replacement type where noted in the Appendix B (DoE Ceiling Inspection Report). The Works to completed during October 2026 school holidays.
